Transliteration

dṛṣṭvā dāśarathir laṅkāṃ citradhvajapatākinīm |

jagāma manasā sītāṃ dūyamānena cetasā ||

Translation

Als Dāśarathi Rāma Laṅkā sah, geschmückt mit mannigfachen Fahnen und Bannern, wandte er, vom Schmerz im Herzen verzehrt, seinen Geist erneut zu Sītā.
