Sie ist wahrlich ins Unglück geraten und steht in großer Bedrängnis; es liegt kein Makel darin, dass man sie sieht—zumal in meiner Gegenwart.
"Sita is in distress and in a highly miserable situation. Her appearance is no fault especially in my presence."
Dharma requires compassionate, truthful appraisal of circumstance: when someone is in distress, one should not impose stigma; presence before rightful guardianship (Rāma) is not दोष (fault).
Rāma frames Sītā’s condition as one of distress and hardship and rejects the idea that her public appearance at this moment is blameworthy.
Rāma’s compassion and commitment to satya: he states plainly that her situation removes any basis for censure, particularly before him.
