रावणवधोत्तरं विभीषणशोकः—क्षत्रधर्मोपदेशः

Vibhishana’s Lament after Ravana’s Fall; Instruction on Kshatriya-Dharma

यन्नदर्पात्प्रहस्तोवानेन्द्रजिन्नापरेजनाः ।न कुम्बकर्णोऽतिरथोनातिकायोनरान्तकः ।।।।न स्वयंत्वममन्येथास्तस्योदर्कोऽयमागतः ।

yan na darpāt prahasto vā nendrajit nāpare janāḥ | na kumbhakarṇo 'tiratho nātikāyo narāntakaḥ || na svayaṃ tvam amanyethās tasyodarko 'yam āgataḥ ||

Aus Hochmut schenkten weder Prahasta noch Indrajit noch die übrigen Krieger—weder Kumbhakarṇa, der große Wagenkämpfer, noch Atikāya, noch Narāntaka—ja nicht einmal du selbst Gehör. Dies ist die Folge davon.
