ततःप्रजग्मुःप्रशमंमरुद्गणादिशःप्रसेदुर्विमलंनभोऽभवत् ।महीचकम्पे न च मारुतोववौस्थिरप्रभश्चाप्यभवद्दिवाकरः ।।।।
tataḥ prajagmuḥ praśamaṃ marud-gaṇā diśaḥ prasedur vimalaṃ nabho 'bhavat |
mahī cakampe na ca māruto vavau sthira-prabhaś cāpy abhavad divākaraḥ ||
Dann wurden die Scharen der Maruts still; die Himmelsrichtungen hellten sich auf; der Himmel wurde klar. Die Erde hörte auf zu beben, der Wind tobte nicht mehr, und selbst die Sonne strahlte in ruhigem, beständigem Glanz.
Then the host of gods attained tranquil, quarters brightened, sky became clear, earth no longer shook, wind blew and even the Sun became steady and radiant.
