Then seeing Sri Rama standing and thinking of the war, duly prepared, Rishi Agastya came with Devatas to witness the war with Ravana and spoke as follows.
It highlights dharma in crisis: when strength is strained, wise counsel and right orientation of mind are essential before decisive action.
On the battlefield, Rāma faces a ready Rāvaṇa; Agastya arrives with the gods to witness the war and instruct Rāma.
Rāma’s steadiness and deliberation under pressure (self-control and strategic reflection) are emphasized, alongside receptivity to sage counsel.
