सुन्दरकाण्डे अष्टपञ्चाशः सर्गः

हनुमद्वृत्तान्तकथनम्, सीताभिज्ञान-प्रदानम्, लङ्कादाह-वर्णनम्

ततो रावणदाराश्च रावणश्च महाबलः।तं देशं समनुप्राप्ता यत्र सीताऽभवत् स्थिता।।।।

tato rāvaṇadārāś ca rāvaṇaś ca mahābalaḥ |

taṃ deśaṃ samanuprāptā yatra sītā 'bhavat sthitā ||

Daraufhin kam der überaus mächtige Rāvaṇa zusammen mit seinen Frauen an eben jenen Ort, an dem Sītā verweilte.
