रावणभवनपरिक्रमणं हनूमतः शोकविचारश्च
Hanuman’s Circuit of Ravana’s Palace and the Crisis of Deliberation
रक्षिणश्चात्र विहिता नूनं रक्षन्ति पादपान्।भगवानपि सर्वात्मा नातिक्षोभं प्रवाति वै।।।।संक्षिप्तोऽयं मयाऽत्मा च रामार्थे रावणस्य च।
rakṣiṇaś cātra vihitā nūnaṃ rakṣanti pādapān |
bhagavān api sarvātmā nātikṣobhaṃ pravāti vai |
saṃkṣipto ’yaṃ mayā ’tmā ca rāmārthe rāvaṇasya ca ||
Gewiss sind hier Wächter aufgestellt, die die Bäume schützen. Selbst der göttliche Wind, das All-Selbst, weht nicht heftig. Um Rāmas Werk zu erfüllen—und auch um Rāvaṇa zu meiden—habe ich meinen eigenen Leib klein gemacht.
