उपदेशः / Sampati Instructed and the Search Mission Foretold

पुराणे सुमहत्कार्यं भविष्यति मया श्रुतं।दृष्टं मे तपसा चैव श्रुत्वा च विदितं मम4.62.3।।

Transliteration

purāṇe sumahat kāryaṃ bhaviṣyati mayā śrutam | dṛṣṭaṃ me tapasā caiva śrutvā ca viditaṃ mama ||

Translation

In den alten Überlieferungen habe ich gehört, dass ein überaus großes Werk vollbracht werden wird. Und durch die Kraft meiner Askese habe ich es auch geschaut; nachdem ich es vernommen, ist es mir gewiss geworden.
