मम पित्रा विरुद्धो हि सुग्रीवस्सचिवैस्सह।निहत्य वालिनं रामस्ततस्तमभिषेचयत्।।।।

Transliteration

mama pitrā viruddho hi sugrīvas sacivaiḥ saha | nihatya vālinam rāmas tatas tam abhiṣecayat ||

Translation

Sugrīva war, zusammen mit seinen Ministern, wahrlich meinem Vater feindlich geworden; da erschlug Rāma Vālin und salbte darauf Sugrīva und setzte ihn als König ein.
