ततश्शोकाभिसन्तप्तं सुग्रीवं क्लिन्नवाससम्।शाखामृगमहामात्राः परिवार्योपतस्थिरे।।

Transliteration

tataḥ śokābhisantaptaṃ sugrīvaṃ klinnavāsasam | śākhāmṛgamahāmātrāḥ parivāryopatasthire || 4.26.1 ||

Translation

Da umringten die großen Anführer und Ratgeber der Affen Sugrīva, vom Kummer versengt und noch in nassen Gewändern, und standen ihm in treuer Dienerschaft bei.
