O Bester der Männer, o Herr! Auf dem Schlachtfeld vermagst du mit deinen Pfeilen selbst die Götter, Indra eingeschlossen, zu erschlagen — wie viel mehr dann Vāli!
'O bull among men, O lord, you are capable of killing with your arrows even the gods including Indra in the battle, what to speak of Vali.
Dharma here is the assurance that righteous purpose should be pursued without fear when supported by legitimate strength and right alliance; Sugrīva encourages Rāma to act decisively against adharma (Vāli’s wrongdoing) once the cause is just.
