Transliteration

bhrātaraṃ saṃskṛtaṃ kṛtvā tatas taṃ meṣa-rūpiṇam ||

tān dvijān bhojayāmāsa śrāddha-dṛṣṭena karmaṇā |

Translation

Nachdem er seinen Bruder in Gestalt eines Widders zubereitet hatte, speiste er jene Brahmanen gemäß den heiligen Riten des Śrāddha.
