Genealogy of the Ancestors (Pitṛs) and the Procedure of Śrāddha

वर्जयेत्क्रोधपरतां स्मरन्नारायणं हरिम् । तृप्तान्ज्ञात्वा पुनः कुर्याद्विकिरं सार्ववर्णिकं

varjayetkrodhaparatāṃ smarannārāyaṇaṃ harim | tṛptānjñātvā punaḥ kuryādvikiraṃ sārvavarṇikaṃ

Indem man Nārāyaṇa, Hari, im Herzen gedenkt, soll man sich davor hüten, vom Zorn getrieben zu werden. Wenn man erkannt hat, dass alle gesättigt sind, soll man die Opfergaben oder Speise erneut unparteiisch an alle Stände verteilen.
