Genealogy of the Ancestors (Pitṛs) and the Procedure of Śrāddha

एकाग्नरेकएवाद्भिर्निर्वपेद्दर्विकां तथा । ततः कृत्वा नरो दद्यात्पितृभ्यस्तु कुशान्बुधः

ekāgnarekaevādbhirnirvapeddarvikāṃ tathā | tataḥ kṛtvā naro dadyātpitṛbhyastu kuśānbudhaḥ

Mit nur einem einzigen Feuer und mit Wasser soll er die Opfergabe ordnungsgemäß mit der Kelle darbringen. Danach, wenn es vollzogen ist, soll der Weise Kuśa-Gras den Pitṛs, den Ahnen, darreichen.
