FAQs

It affirms that pilgrimage and service to sacred places, along with observance of vows, leads to a high spiritual attainment (gati).

The verse presents āmalakī-devotion (su-sevā of dhātrī fruit) as a compact, accessible dharmic practice that can yield the same spiritual result as more demanding observances.

It encourages sincere, consistent devotional practice and suggests that spiritual progress is not limited to costly travel or extensive austerities—simple, faith-filled observances are also efficacious.
