The Account and Merit of Śivadūtī

with the Nāga-tīrtha at Puṣkara

सर्वपापविनिर्मुक्तः परं निर्वाणमाप्नुयात् । यश्चैनं पठते भक्त्या स्नात्वा वै पुष्करे जले

sarvapāpavinirmuktaḥ paraṃ nirvāṇamāpnuyāt | yaścainaṃ paṭhate bhaktyā snātvā vai puṣkare jale

Von allen Sünden befreit erlangt man die höchste Erlösung (Nirvāṇa). Und wer dies in Hingabe rezitiert, nachdem er im Wasser von Puṣkara gebadet hat, erwirbt ebenso dieses Verdienst.
