Cosmic Time, Cycles of Creation and Dissolution, and the Varāha Uplift of Earth

सा चोत्सृष्टा भवत्संध्या दिननक्तांतरा स्थितिः । रजोमात्रात्मिकामन्यां जगृहे स तनुं ततः

sā cotsṛṣṭā bhavatsaṃdhyā dinanaktāṃtarā sthitiḥ | rajomātrātmikāmanyāṃ jagṛhe sa tanuṃ tataḥ

Und sie, als sie hervorgelassen wurde, wurde zur Dämmerung, dem Übergang zwischen Tag und Nacht. Darauf nahm er einen weiteren Leib an, der vorwiegend aus Rajas bestand — Tatkraft und Leidenschaft.
