FAQs

Tvaṣṭṛ is the divine craftsman (viśvakarman-like artisan) who executes the Lord’s command—here indicating cosmic work carried out through ordained agency.

It stresses supreme governance: creation and ordering occur by the will/command of the Lord of the world, with other divine beings acting as instruments of that will.

It implies alignment with rightful authority (dharma and cosmic order): even powerful agents act properly when they follow divine ordinance rather than personal impulse.
