Concept: Childlike simplicity and uncontrived living can become the occasion for encountering the divine; fortune (bhāgya) ripens when one is free from guile.
Application: Cultivate a daily ‘simple purity’—eat moderately, avoid deceit, spend time in nature, and keep curiosity for sacred learning; let ordinary routines become openings for remembrance.

Sandhi Resolution Notes:
The speakers are the Kirātas, addressing a brāhmaṇa and introducing a narrative about their child Pṛthuka.
It asks the brāhmaṇa to listen to their account: their child Pṛthuka would daily roam about playfully while eating jambu fruits and other fruits.
It sets a narrative tone focused on ordinary conduct and its consequences—beginning with an innocent description of a child’s daily habits before the story develops.
