FAQs

It expresses intense longing for pratyakṣa-darśana (direct vision) of Vishnu, showing that remembrance and yearning for the Lord—seen as cintā-hara (remover of anxiety)—is itself a core devotional discipline.

Bhakti is shown as sustained contemplation of the Lord’s presence: the devotee repeatedly turns the mind toward Janārdana, trusting that sincere longing and God-centered thought ripen into divine grace and encounter.

No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; the practical takeaway is sādhana through manasika-japa/smaraṇa (mental repetition and remembrance), a discipline aligned with broader Purāṇic and ritual devotion.
