Mohinī-Ākhyāna: Rukmāṅgada’s Refusal to Eat on Harivāsara
Ekādaśī
भोजनं वासरे विष्णोरेतदेव हियाचते । तन्न दास्यामि मोहिन्या याचितोऽपि सुरासुरैः ॥ १२ ॥
bhojanaṃ vāsare viṣṇoretadeva hiyācate | tanna dāsyāmi mohinyā yācito'pi surāsuraiḥ || 12 ||
Am heiligen Tag des Viṣṇu bittet sie nur um dies: Speise. Doch ich werde sie nicht geben, selbst wenn Mohinī oder Götter und Dämonen gleichermaßen darum betteln.
