Narada (instructional narration in a dharma-context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhayanaka
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It frames household life as a dharmic discipline: attachment (sneha) must be governed, and conduct is measured by whether it supports righteousness and the well-being of the family unit.
Indirectly: it teaches self-regulation and service-minded duty in family life, which in Purāṇic ethics becomes a supportive foundation for sattvic living and steadiness required for sustained bhakti.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa, Jyotiṣa, or Kalpa) is taught here; the emphasis is nīti and gṛhastha-dharma—practical ethical guidance for marital conduct.
