The Liberation of the Lizard

Godhā-vimukti

तदहः क्षयरोगोऽभूत्पतिः क्षीणो दिने दिने । गुह्ये तु क्रिमयो जाताः क्षतदुष्टव्रणोद्भवाः ॥ ३० ॥

tadahaḥ kṣayarogo'bhūtpatiḥ kṣīṇo dine dine | guhye tu krimayo jātāḥ kṣataduṣṭavraṇodbhavāḥ || 30 ||

Von jenem Tag an wurde der Gatte von Schwindsucht befallen und wurde von Tag zu Tag schwächer. An seinen verborgenen Stellen traten Würmer auf, entstanden aus einem verletzten und übelriechenden Geschwür.
