स जग्राह धनुर्वेदं वेदांश्चैव यथाक्रमम् । विद्याश्चैव महाभागस्तदा यौवनगोचरः ॥

sa jagrāha dhanurvedaṃ vedāṃś caiva yathākramam / vidyāś caiva mahābhāgas tadā yauvanagocaraḥ

Er erlernte die Wissenschaft des Bogenschießens und ebenso die Veden in der gebührenden Reihenfolge; jener Glückliche, in die Jugend gelangt, beherrschte zudem die verschiedenen Zweige des Wissens.
