Adhyaya 63The Birth of Svarocis and the Rescue of Manoramā: The Astra-Heart and the Healing of Curses

नष्टस्मृतिर्यदा क्रुद्धः स्वमपत्यञ्चिखादिषुः ।

निशाचरत्बं गन्तासि तदस्त्रानलतापितः ॥

naṣṭa-smṛtir yadā kruddhaḥ svam apatyam cikhādiṣuḥ | niśācaratvaṃ gantāsi tad-astrānala-tāpitaḥ ||

„Wenn du, des Gedächtnisses beraubt, in Zorn gerätst und (daran gehst,) deine eigene Nachkommenschaft zu verschlingen, dann—vom Feuer der Waffen versengt—wirst du in den Zustand eines Nachtumherstreifers (niśācara) eintreten.“
