चन्द्रद्वीपः समुद्रे च भद्रद्वीपस्तथापरः ।

तत्रापि पुण्यो विख्यातः समुद्रान्तर्महामुने ॥

Transliteration

candradvīpaḥ samudre ca bhadradvīpas tathāparaḥ | tatrāpi puṇyo vikhyātaḥ samudrāntar mahāmune ||

Translation

Im Ozean liegt Candradvīpa, und ebenso eine weitere Insel, Bhadradvīpa. Auch dort ist im Innern des Meeres ein Ort als heilig berühmt, o großer Weiser.
