Adhyaya 51 — Yaksha Injunctions: Graha-Children and Female Spirits Causing Domestic and Ritual Disruptions
करोति ग्रहणन्तेषां वचसां ग्राहकस्तु सः । आक्रम्यान्यो मनो नॄणां तमसाच्छाद्य दुर्मतिः ॥
karoti grahaṇan teṣāṃ vacasāṃ grāhakas tu saḥ | ākramyānyo mano nṝṇāṃ tamasācchādya durmatiḥ ||
Er bewirkt das „Ergreifen“ ihrer Worte – er ist der Verdrehende, der die Rede falsch erfasst. Ein anderer Bösewicht greift die Herzen der Menschen an und bedeckt sie mit Dunkelheit (tamas).
