FAQs

The verse reflects a Purāṇic worldview where outcomes can be ‘diverted’ by unseen factors; hence one anchors life through kuladevatā devotion and disciplined conduct to stabilize intentions and results.

Ancillary dharma/nimitta material; not directly sarga/manvantara/genealogy.

‘Garbha’ can be read symbolically as the ‘womb of intention’—the subtle matrix in which plans ripen. The teaching warns that subtle currents (seen as entities/forces) can redirect that ripening unless one maintains devotional and ritual alignment.
