Adhyāya 14: Sudēṣṇā Sends Sairandhrī to Kīcaka’s House (सुदेष्णा–सैरन्ध्री–कीचक संवादः)

हारालंकारयोग्यौ तु सतनौ चोभौ सुशोभनौ । सुजातौ सहितौ लक्ष्म्या पीनौ वृत्तौ निरन्तरौं,“तुम्हारे दोनों सान हार आदि आभूषणोंके योग्य और परम सुन्दर हैं। ये ऊँचे, श्रीसम्पन्न, स्थूल, गोल-गोल और परस्पर सटे हुए हैं

hārālaṅkārayogyau tu stanau cobhau suśobhanau | sujātau sahitau lakṣmyā pīnau vṛttau nirantarau ||

Vaiśampāyana sprach: „Ihre beiden Brüste sind würdig, mit Halsketten und Schmuck geziert zu werden, und von überragender Schönheit — wohlgeformt, von glückverheißendem Glanz, voll, rund und eng beieinander.“
