Educational Q&A

The verse highlights the dharmic importance of standing with rightful allies: when justice is under strain, support from virtuous kings and capable warriors becomes a moral commitment, not merely a political calculation.

Sañjaya reports that Drupada’s sons led by Dhṛṣṭadyumna, along with Virāṭa, Dhṛṣṭaketu, and the Kekaya mahārathas, come to meet the Pāṇḍavas—signaling the consolidation of their support and readiness.
