वज्ञसंहनना: सर्वे सर्वे चौधबलास्तथा । कामवीर्यबलाश्रैव सर्वे युद्धविशारदा:,उनका शरीर वज्रके समान दुर्भद्य और सुदृढ़ था। वे सभी राशि-राशि बलके आश्रय थे। उनका बल और पराक्रम इच्छाके अनुसार प्रकट होता था। वे सब-के-सब युद्ध करनेकी कलामें दक्ष थे
vajrasaṃhananāḥ sarve sarve caudhabalās tathā | kāmavīryabalāś caiva sarve yuddhaviśāradāḥ ||
Mārkaṇḍeya sprach: „Alle waren von adamantener Gestalt – schwer zu brechen und fest gefügt. Jeder war ein Hort ungeheurer Kraft. Tapferkeit und Macht zeigten sich nach ihrem Willen, und jeder von ihnen war kundig in den Künsten des Krieges.“
