वैशम्पायन उवाच इत्युक्त्वा द्वियमाणां तां राजपुत्रीं यशस्विनीम् । अन्वगच्छत् तदा धौम्य: पदातिगणमध्यग:,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--जनमेजय! ऐसा कहकर धौम्य मुनि हरकर ले जायी जाती हुई यशस्विनी राजकुमारी द्रौपदीके पीछे-पीछे पैदल सेनाके बीचमें होकर चलने लगे
Translation
Vaiśampāyana sprach: „Nachdem er dies gesagt hatte, ging der Weise Dhaumya sogleich hinter Draupadī her, der ruhmreichen Königstochter, während man sie fortführte, und schritt zu Fuß mitten durch die Reihen der Fußsoldaten.“
