मिज्जिकामिज्जिकं चैव मिथुन रुद्रसम्भवम् । नमस्कार्य सदैवेह बालानां हितमिच्छता,मिंजिका-मिंजकका जोड़ा भी भगवान् शंकरसे उत्पन्न हुआ है। अतः बालकोंके हितकी इच्छा रखनेवाले पुरुषोंको चाहिये कि वे सदा इस जोड़ेको नमस्कार करें
miñjikāmiñjikaṃ caiva mithunaṃ rudrasambhavam | namaskāryaṃ sadaiveha bālānāṃ hitam icchatā ||
„Miñjikā und Miñjika — dieses Zwillingspaar — sind aus Rudra (Śiva) hervorgegangen. Darum soll, wer das Wohl der Kinder begehrt, in dieser Welt stets ehrerbietig vor diesem Paar grüßen.“
