Educational Q&A

The verse affirms the divine as all-pervading—present in and sustaining all beings—and presents reverent praise (stuti) as the fitting response of yogins and great seers who recognize this reality.

Uttanka addresses the supreme Lord as “Bhuvaneśvara,” acknowledging the Lord’s cosmic pervasion and noting that accomplished yogins and maharṣis continually praise Him—framing Uttanka’s own speech as part of that tradition of devotion.
