ततस्ते प्रेक्षका: सर्वे रड्रवाद इव स्थिता: । हर्षयामासुरुच्चैर्मा सिंहनादतलस्वनै:,तब वे सैनिक रंगशालामें बैठे हुए दर्शकोंकी भाँति केवल मेरे युद्धका दृश्य देखते हुए जोर-जोरसे सिंहनाद और करतलध्वनि करके मेरा हर्ष बढ़ाने लगे

tataste prekṣakāḥ sarve raṅgadvāda iva sthitāḥ | harṣayāmāsur uccair mā siṃhanāda-tala-svanaiḥ ||

Da standen alle Zuschauer wie Publikum in einer Arena und richteten ihren Blick allein auf meinen Kampf. Mit lautem Löwengebrüll und dröhnendem Händeklatschen suchten sie meine Begeisterung zu steigern und meinen Entschluss mitten in der Schlacht zu stärken.
