ते मया55श्वासिता वीरा यथावद् भरतर्षभ | सर्वे मामब्रुवन् हृष्टा: प्रयाहि जहि शात्रवान्,भरतकुलभूषण! मेरे इस प्रकार आश्वासन देनेपर सभी यदुवंशी वीरोंने प्रसन्न होकर मुझसे कहा--“जाइये और शत्रुओंका विनाश कीजिये”
te mayāśvāsitā vīrā yathāvad bharatarṣabha | sarve mām abruvan hṛṣṭāḥ prayāhi jahi śātravān bharatakula-bhūṣaṇa ||
O Stier unter den Bharatas, als ich jene heldenhaften Männer so, wie es sich ziemte, beruhigt hatte, sprachen sie alle, voller Freude, zu mir: „Zieh aus, o Zierde des Bharata-Geschlechts, und vernichte die Feinde!“
