एन॑ त्वहरहर्मेरुं सूर्याचन्द्रमसौ ध्रुवम्‌ प्रदक्षिणमुपावृत्य कुरुत: कुरुनन्दन

„O Kuru-nandana, Sonne und Mond vollziehen Tag für Tag die Pradakṣiṇā und umkreisen diesen unbeweglichen Berg Meru. Und auch alle Sterne ziehen ihre Bahnen und umkreisen von allen Seiten den König der Berge, Meru.“
