Arjuna’s Arrival and Reunion on the Sacred Mountain
विद्युद्रूपां महाघोरामाकाशे महतीं गदाम् । शरैरबहुभिरभ्यार्च्छद् भीमसेन: शिलाशितै:,वह विशाल एवं महा भयंकर गदा आकाशमें विद्युतकी भाँति चमक उठी। यह देख भीमसेनने पत्थर पर रगड़कर तेज किये हुए बहुत-से बाणोंद्वारा उसपर आघात किया
vidyudrūpāṃ mahāghorām ākāśe mahatīṃ gadām | śarair bahubhir abhyarcchad bhīmasenaḥ śilāśitaiḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana sprach: Eine riesige, überaus schreckliche Keule blitzte am Himmel wie ein Wetterleuchten. Als Bhīmasena sie sah, traf er sie mit vielen Pfeilen, deren Spitzen auf Stein geschärft waren.
