वाच्य: पितामहो वृद्धो ये च कृष्ण सभासद: । भ्रातृणामस्तु सौक्षात्रं धार्तराष्ट्र: प्रशाम्यताम्,श्रीकृष्ण! आप वहाँ बूढ़े पितामह भीष्मजी तथा अन्य सभासदोंसे ऐसा करनेके लिये ही कहें, जिससे सब भाइयोंमें सौहार्द बना रहे और दुर्योधन भी शान्त हो जाय
vācyaḥ pitāmaho vṛddho ye ca kṛṣṇa sabhāsadaḥ | bhrātṝṇām astu saukṣātraṁ dhārtarāṣṭraḥ praśāmyatām, śrīkṛṣṇa |
Bhima sprach: „O Śrī Kṛṣṇa, wende dich an den betagten Großvater Bhīṣma und an die übrigen Mitglieder der königlichen Versammlung und dränge sie, so zu handeln, dass Eintracht unter den Brüdern herrsche und Duryodhana, der Sohn Dhṛtarāṣṭras, besänftigt werde.“
