Drupada’s Instruction to the Purohita for the Kaurava Embassy (द्रुपदोपदेशः दूतप्रेषणम्)
सेनाकर्म करिष्यन्ति द्रव्याणां चैव संचयम् । इसी बीचमें एकाग्रचित्तवाले कुन्तीकुमार अनायास ही सेनाका संगठन और द्रव्यका संग्रह कर लेंगे
senākarma kariṣyanti dravyāṇāṁ caiva saṁcayam |
Drupada sprach: „Sie werden das Werk der Heeresordnung vollbringen und ebenso die Sammlung der Mittel.“ Im Zusammenhang bekundet er sein Vertrauen, dass die Söhne Kuntīs, mit gebündeltem Entschluss und ohne übermäßige Mühsal, die militärische Ordnung einrichten und den nötigen Reichtum zusammentragen werden — eine Vorbereitung im Rahmen des Dharma, für einen Kampf, der aus Pflicht und nicht aus Gier geführt wird.
