Drupada’s Counsel on Conciliation and Alliance Mobilization
तत् त्वरध्वं नरेन्द्राणां पूर्वमेव प्रचोदने । महद्धि कार्य वोढव्यमिति मे वर्तते मति:,अतः सभी राजाओंके पास पहले ही अपना निमन्त्रण पहुँच जाय; इसके लिये शीघ्रता करो। मैं समझता हूँ, हम सब लोगोंको महान् कार्यका भार वहन करना है
tat tvaradhvaṁ narendrāṇāṁ pūrvam eva pracodane | mahad dhi kāryaṁ voḍhavyam iti me vartate matiḥ ||
Drupada sprach: „Eilt, damit unser Ruf die Könige zur rechten Zeit erreicht, noch ehe man sie erneut drängen muss. Nach meinem Urteil liegt ein großes Unternehmen vor uns, und wir müssen bereit sein, seine Last zu tragen.“
