Bhīṣma’s Dream-Counsel and the Prasvāpa Astra (भीष्मस्वप्नदर्शनम् / प्रस्वापास्त्रोपदेशः)
वत्स पर्याप्तमेतावद् भीष्मेण सह संयुगे । विमर्दस्ते महाबाहो व्यपयाहि रणादित:
vatsa paryāptam etāvad bhīṣmeṇa saha saṁyuge | vimardas te mahābāho vyapayāhi raṇād itaḥ ||
Bhīṣma sprach: „Mein Kind, genug — dies ist ausreichend. In der Schlacht, da du dich mit Bhīṣma eingelassen hast, ist das zermalmende Verderben, das du angerichtet hast, bereits mehr als genug. O Starkarmiger, zieh dich nun aus diesem Kampf zurück.“
