Amba approaches the Paraśurāma context; Hotravāhana’s counsel and Akṛtavraṇa’s report (अम्बोपाख्यानम्—रामदर्शनप्रसङ्गः)
इह राम: प्रभाते श्वो भवितेति मतिर्मम । द्रष्टास्येनमिहायान्तं तव दर्शनकाड्क्षया
iha rāmaḥ prabhāte śvo bhavitīti matir mama | draṣṭāsy enam ihāyāntaṃ tava darśanakāṅkṣayā ||
Akṛtavraṇa sprach: „Ich bin überzeugt, dass Rāma morgen bei Tagesanbruch hier sein wird. In Sehnsucht, dich zu sehen, wird er gewiss hierher kommen, und du wirst ihn erblicken, wenn er eintrifft.“
