Transliteration

arjunasya api netā ca saṁyantā caiva vājinām

Translation

Vaiśampāyana sprach: „Er ist auch Arjunas Führer und zugleich der Wagenlenker, der die Rosse zügelt und lenkt.“ Die Zeile macht deutlich, dass Arjunas Kriegstüchtigkeit untrennbar ist von disziplinierter Führung und der Kunst, mächtige Kräfte zu beherrschen.
