Kaurava Mobilization at Kurukṣetra (Duryodhana Orders War Preparations) /
The verse underscores the strategic and moral weight of capable allies: strength, unity, and preparedness can be so formidable that even the highest powers are said to feel fear—encouraging steadfastness and resolve in confronting injustice or hostility.
Vaiśaṃpāyana, narrating the events of the Udyoga Parva, emphasizes to the addressed party that their supporters are fully able to subdue the enemy; their martial prowess is hyperbolically praised as sufficient to frighten even Indra in a major battle.
