तथैव सर्वधर्मज्ञ: पितुर्मम पितामह: । प्रतीप: पृथिवीपालस्त्रिषु लोकेषु विश्रुत:,“इसी प्रकार मेरे पिताके पितामह राजा प्रतीप सब धर्मोके ज्ञाता एवं तीनों लोकोंमें विख्यात थे

tathaiva sarvadharmajñaḥ pitur mama pitāmahaḥ | pratīpaḥ pṛthivīpālas triṣu lokeṣu viśrutaḥ ||

„Ebenso war der Großvater meines Vaters, König Pratīpa, ein Kenner aller Dharma. Als Beschützer der Erde war er in den drei Welten berühmt.“
