Udyoga-parva Adhyāya 137 — Bhīṣma–Droṇa Counsel and the Ethics of Restraint

कृतास्त्रं हार्जुनं प्राप्प भीम॑ं च कृतनिश्चयम्‌ । गाण्डीवं चेषुधी चैव रथं च ध्वजमेव च

vaiśampāyana uvāca | kṛtāstraṃ hārjunaṃ prāpya bhīmaṃ ca kṛtaniścayam | gāṇḍīvaṃ ceṣudhī caiva rathaṃ ca dhvajam eva ca |

Vaiśampāyana sprach: Da sie Arjuna gewonnen hatten, vollendet in der Wissenschaft der Waffen, und Bhīma, fest in seinem Entschluss zur Schlacht — und da sie den Gāṇḍīva-Bogen, die Köcher, den Streitwagen und das Banner in Händen hielten — stehen (die Pāṇḍavas) vollständig gerüstet da.
