भीष्मद्रोणयोर्दुर्योधनं प्रति शमोपदेशः | Bhīṣma and Droṇa’s Counsel of Conciliation to Duryodhana
मां च कुशलिनी ब्रूयास्तेषु भूयो जनार्दन । अरिए्टं गच्छ पन्थान पुत्रान् मे प्रतिपालय,जनार्दन! तुम मेरी ओरसे द्रौपदी और पुत्रोंसहित पाण्डवोंसे कुशल पूछना और फिर मुझे भी सकुशल बताना। जाओ, तुम्हारा मार्ग मंगलमय हो, मेरे पुत्रोंकी रक्षा करना
māṃ ca kuśalinī brūyās teṣu bhūyo janārdana | ariṣṭaṃ gaccha panthānaṃ putrān me pratipālaya ||
Und richte ihnen nochmals aus, o Janārdana, dass auch ich wohlauf bin. Möge deine Reise frei von Unheil sein; geh deines Weges und beschütze meine Söhne.
