गालवस्तं तथेत्युक्त्वा सुपर्णसहितस्तत: । आदायाश्षांश्व कन्यां च विश्वामित्रमुपागमत्,तब “बहुत अच्छा” कहकर गालव गरुड़के साथ वे (छ: सौ) घोड़े और वह कन्या लेकर विश्वामित्रजीके पास आये
Gālavastaṃ tathety uktvā suparṇa-sahitas tataḥ | ādāyāśvān kanyāṃ ca Viśvāmitram upāgamat ||
Gālava erwiderte: „So sei es“, und dann nahm er, von Suparṇa (Garuḍa) begleitet, die Pferde und das Mädchen und begab sich zu Viśvāmitra.
नारद उवाच
The verse highlights dharma as reliability in action: once an obligation is accepted, one should complete it promptly and deliver what was obtained to the rightful recipient, without attachment or delay.
After agreeing (“tathā”), and with Garuḍa’s accompaniment, the party takes the horses and the maiden and proceeds to Viśvāmitra, indicating the completion of a task connected with fulfilling a demanded offering.
