Transliteration

somena sahitaṃ paśya saubhadram aparājitam | abhimanyuṃ maheṣvāsaṃ niśākarasamad­dyutim ||

Translation

Vaiśaṃpāyana sprach: „Sieh Abhimanyu, den Sohn Subhadrās—unbesiegt, ein großer Bogenschütze—der in der Gemeinschaft Somas (des Mondes) sitzt und mit einem Glanz erstrahlt, der dem Mond selbst gleichkommt.“
